Studio Policies

Packages policy:
All packages are non-refundable. All sales are final.

Cancellations:
Must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge for the full rate of that scheduled session.
A no- show is treated as a late cancellation, you will be charged for your session.

Cancellations of Duets:
If one party in a duet cancels with more than 24 hours notice, the other client may take a private session or cancel the duet. If one of the participants cancels late, the other party may take a private session at no additional charge and the client canceling late is charged for the duet.

Payment:
All payments are due in full at time of reservation.

Expiration dates:
Intro packages: 1 month from purchase date
All private session packages & Combo Packages: 3 months from purchase date
All class packages: 3 months from purchase date.

Please note the expiration dates on your packages and choose your packages accordingly.
In case of a medical condition packages can be put into a dormant stage, a physician's note is required.

Footwear:
All clients must wear socks during each Pilates lesson.

Cell phones:
In an effort to create a quiet environment we ask that you please turn off cell phones while in the studio.

Gum:
Please do not chew gum while in session.

Fragrances:
Many clients and teachers are sensitive to scents, as a courtesy to them please refrain from wearing fragrances while at the studio.
