Studio Info


INTRODUCTORY 4 OR 6 SESSION PACKAGES:

This series is a great introduction to Pilates and helps to establish a solid foundation for
equipment classes, private sessions or duets.
The goal is to introduce the Pilates exercises safely and effectively.


PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS:

A one- on- one training session incorporating the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, barrels, mat and small apparatus.
Private sessions are a great way to reach your health and fitness goals in a relatively short amount of time.

DUETS:

A training session shared with a partner incorporating the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, barrels, mat and small apparatus.
Duets are a great way to reach your health and fitness goals together with your partner or friend!

GROUP CLASSES:

INTERMEDIATE WUNDA CHAIR CLASS

Reserved for 3 clients only!

The Wunda chair class provides you with a fun and challenging workout on the Wunda chair.
The intermediate level class will also incorporate intermediate Mat exercises.


ADVANCED WUNDA CHAIR CLASS
Reserved for 3 clients only!

The advanced Wunda chair class provides you with a strong, challenging workout.
This intense class is the highest level class our studio offers.

TOWER CLASSES
Reserved for 3 clients only!

Tower (Half-Cadillac) classes are designed to lengthen, strengthen and align the body with power, precision and flow.
Classes run with 3 students only, with clients matched as closely as possible in their level of training, which provides for a very personalized group workout.
These classes are invigorating and fun, and can be modified and varied to suit each student’s needs

MAT & SMALL EQUIPMENT CLASSES
Reserved for 4 clients only!

Our Mat & small equipment classes are very challenging and focus on the intermediate and advanced work and
move at a steady pace.
We will work with small barrels, arm weights, the Magic Circle and select Reformer on the Mat exercises.




To keep your best progress and safety in mind, classes are only available to healthy clients.

We recommend between 2-6 private sessions prior to joining a small equipment class
and between 4- 10 private sessions prior to joining a Tower or Wunda chair class.
