Packages policy:
All packages are non-refundable. All sales are final.
Bookings:
Please try to book all sessions/ classes 24 hrs in advance to ensure that place will be available.
Cancellations:
Must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge for the full rate of that scheduled session.
A no- show is treated as a late cancellation, you will be charged for your session.
Cancellations of Duets:
If one of the participants cancels with less than 24 hrs notice, the other participant may take a private session at no additional cost.
The participant canceling late is charged for the duet as scheduled.
Expiration dates:
Intro packages: 1 month from purchase date
All private session, class and combo packages: 3 months from purchase date
Specials: The expiration date will vary, please refer to the paperwork you will receive.
Please note the expiration dates on your packages and choose your packages accordingly.
In case of a medical condition packages can be put into a dormant stage, a physician's note is required.
